New Garage Build

This amazing garage replaced a dilapidated structure on the homeowner’s historic property. The main house, built in the 1760’s, boasts incredible character and Fritz Carpentry & Carpentry designed and built this garage to meet the demands of a 21st century family while maintaining the period details of the original house.

Crowned with a copper copula and clad with solid cedar shake shingles, we matched both the original trim details on the house and the existing color palette.

Inside, this garage houses two cars, a full workshop and second floor loft. The renovation also included the replacement of stone walkways and a custom mahogany curved deck for poolside entertaining.
